I was born in the year the Apollo 13 mission explored the endless space. The human curiosity and pushing of limits that this mission stands for have had a deep impact on me since childhood. Before my career in psychology, I spent several decades in the private sector, fifteen of which were in leadership positions. My dedication to supporting and developing my colleagues eventually guided me toward the science of the human psyche.
Our everyday problems, anxieties, and unavoidable life crises often throw us off balance. As a counseling psychologist, meditation teacher, MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) teacher, and coach, I help you see these difficulties as opportunities for growth rather than mere obstacles. Suffering, feeling stuck, or experiencing recurring conflicts force us to face ourselves more closely and take responsibility for our own lives.
In my work, I combine the scientific tools of modern psychology and neuroscience with a deep, existential approach and Eastern wisdom, which encourages us to let go of old attachments and find inner peace through a deeper understanding. I believe that real change begins when we can see things and our lives as they truly are.
In my practice—whether in individual psychological counseling or executive development—I primarily use schema therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), somatic psychotherapy (the Focusing method), and positive psychology, complemented by mindfulness practices. For leaders, this integrated approach focuses on developing emotional regulation and inner stability, empowering them to make mindful, objective decisions and build a psychologically safe, sustainable organizational culture.
Our goal together is not just to ease suffering, but to help you build an authentic life based on inner freedom, where you dare to walk your own path and connect deeply with the world around you.
My passion is working with people and helping them to the best of my ability. My consulting style is light yet decisive. If you would like me to help you find a way to solve your problems, give me a call at +36 20 4282 294.
